Meeq Online - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Meeq Online (the "Store") operated by DECOROLOGY PTY LTD.. By accessing or using MeeQ Online, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using MeeQ Online.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Meeq Online Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DECOROLOGY PTY LTD.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Store. If you are accessing or using the Store on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Registration and Account
a. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Store. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
b. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products and Pricing
a. The Store offers a range of products for sale. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
b. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Store are error-free.
c. All prices displayed on the Store are in the currency specified, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges associated with your purchase.
5. Orders and Payment
a. Placing an order on the Store constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
b. Payment is due at the time of placing an order. We accept the payment methods specified on the Store. Payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.
6. Click and Collect Policy
a. After a click and collect order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the purchase.
b. When the order is ready for pick up, a pick up ready confirmation will be sent to the purchaser along with necessary instructions.
c. Upon order collection the following items must be preset:
- Order confirmation email
- the credit card used for the payment of the order
- a photo ID matching the name of the credit card
If not all the required items are present at collection, MeeQ staff reserves the right to refuse collection or cancel the order. We can cancel the order and refund the payment back to the customer's original form of payment and the customer may make a new payment in store to enable collection.
Online payment refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to clear.
Alternatively, the credit card holder may choose to send a copy of their photo ID and a nomination letter to the store's email address stating the name of a nominated person for collection. The nominated person would still need to bring their photo ID upon collection of the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
a. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
b. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. These may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
c. All returned or declined deliveries will incur a 40% restocking fee based on the total amount of the purchase.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds, including eligibility criteria and the process for returning products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MeeQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Store without our written consent.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Store at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Please review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Store after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
