IN-STORE EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At MeeQ, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our in-store exchange and refund policy to understand how we can assist you:

Exchange and Refund Timeframe:

  • We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For Jellycat and Pusheen branded products, the timeframe for refunds or exchanges is limited to 7 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange or Refund:

  • To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and have all tags still attached.

Discretion in Refund or Store Credit:

  • MeeQ reserves the right to determine whether a refund or store credit will be provided, at our full discretion.

ONLINE REFUND POLICY

For our valued online customers, please take note of our online refund policy:

Online Refund Timeframe:

  • We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item returned is in its original resaleable condition.
  • To initiate a return, you must be able to provide a receipt or proof of the purchase date.

Return Options:

  • You have the option to return the item to our physical store in Chadstone or Emporium Melbourne.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back to our store in Chadstone. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a defect.

Restocking Fee

  • All returned or declined deliveries will incur a 40% restocking fee based on the total amount of the purchase.

PROCESSING REFUNDS:

2. Conditions for Refunds: a. To be eligible for a refund, customers must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy. b. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy, and customers are encouraged to review this policy prior to initiating a return request.

3. Method of Refund: a. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. b. For online orders, the refund will be processed electronically and credited back to the card within 3 to 5 business days from the date the returned item(s) are received and processed by our team.
